Traveling the backroads of Montana, I was able to capture the peaceful, windswept beauty of the American prairie. This atmospheric image captures a timeless moment: a solitary, weathered homestead cabin nestled beneath the expansive sky, framed by a majestic old tree and swaying golden grasses. I love to capture the wide open spaces of the American West, and the simple homes and structures built during the time in history when life moved at a slower pace.

About the Photographer:
Meet Annie, the full-time photographer who travels the world capturing stunning wildlife, breathtaking landscapes, and charming rural scenes. Growing up on her family’s ranch in Montana, she now calls Billings, Montana, home. Her work has graced television shows, books, and magazines like Better Homes & Gardens. She’s collaborated with renowned brands like Crate & Barrel, Target, and has even worked on several large-scale projects across the United States. While she loves exploring new places, her heart truly finds its peace in wide-open spaces and nature.
