"Early Rising" ' Charming Rustic Red Barn Photography Print

TITLE: "Early Rising"
I came across this old wooden barn, painted the traditional oxblood red, surrounded by green summer grasses under a blue sky and was immediately drawn to it. This simplicity of a country barn always draws my eye, and then I begin to notice the little details about it. With this one, the tiny cupelo sitting on top of the roof, which vents the barn when livestock are inside, is and adorable detail. I also love the little windows and door, with the whitewashed trim. On a summer day, this little barn is the epitome of simple country life as the landscape comes back to life with greenery and wildflowers.

About the Photographer:

Annie travels for her photography full-time, photographing wildlife, landscapes, and rural scenes. She grew up on her family's ranch in Montana, and currently works out of her studio in Billings, Montana. Her work has been featured in television shows, books, and in magazines such as Better Homes & Gardens. She has worked with Crate & Barrel, Target, and several large-scale projects across the United States. While she loves to travel, her true love is being in wide open spaces or out in nature.
