TITLE: "Making Trails"
A Bison pushes through the deep snow in Yellowstone National Park, creating trails for his herd to follow on a frosty morning. Bison are incredible animals, hearty and able to survive in the cold of the wilderness, keeping warm with their high body temperatures and thick wooly coats.
I create my work from my love of vintage floral textiles and Scandinavian design. I enjoy walks in the forest, gathering natural specimens and flowers to draw, and creating bright and colorful prints based on my natural surroundings.
