TITLE: "Golden Embers"
ABOUT THIS IMAGE:
I took this photo on a warm Fall day, while a storm was beginning to form in the sky. I titled this "Golden Embers" because of a thought I had while looking at the scenery, that most things are like embers. We burn bright and hot and then die out, but we all get our moment to be a speck of light in the world. This old house holds those memories for the human lives that lived there, and when it is gone, like an ember, it will take those memories with it. This is both sad and beautiful, and teaches us to be grateful for the time we have here in the beauty of the world on a warm Fall day in the countryside.
